Job Description:
a Monitoring and reporting of the adequacy of the policies in the light of the business and regulatory changes. b Initiation and Coordinating of the formulation of risk policies with the management and business areas c Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of risk policies within business. The business area managers are responsible for formulation of procedures to implement policies. The Risk Officer will monitor formulation of adequate procedures and their observance in key policy areas d Monitor and report on limit excesses and any other breaches e Monitor and report on implementation of internal and external auditors’ recommendations f Providing support to the Asset and Liability Committee by coordinating and controlling the reporting to that committee. g Acting as support and cover for the Financial Controller, in particular covering the planning and other control activities of Finance Department.
Salary proposed: negotiable plus bonus and benefits.
